3. Accept the quote and pay the invoice - Thats all you have to do, the rest is up to us

1. We will organise access, day and time through your real estate agent (or yourself), ensuring we are picture perfect for the photographer
2. We normally do the staging in one day but I always like to allow time to go back the next day to have a look with 'fresh eyes' for any last minute alterations
3. We will do a mid term check on the property: to straighten any edges, replace fresh flowers, water plants and check everything is in order
4. When you no longer need it, we remove the furniture and do a final vacuum to make sure everything is ship-shape for the new owners

Also of interest: Extra jobs can be completed including: clean gutters, sweep/wash driveways and paths, clean windows, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, handyman maintenance - talk to us if you have specific requirements so we can include costs in your initial quote. Its cheaper to do all together as we are there anyway.
- We are too nice - generally you will get some extra free time out of our staging. If you havent sold, we don't whip in and take the furniture out at the end of contract: we want to help you sell, not add to your stress. We understand the costs of selling get steep and if you need extended time, we will try to assist
- You always get us. The business is just Scott and I (although sometimes we enlist the help of one of our parents if we need some extra hands), this means its only us accessing your property and it means we can keep our costs as low as possible
- All our work is normally 'last minute' - this is fine, just call us, you may be surprised how little notice we need
- We offer highly competitive rates - we aim to be the best value in town but if you find a cheaper quote, we will try to match it
About our Staging:
- We own all the furniture
- We don't pay franchise fees and we dont buy in bulk
- Every property is staged differently
- All lamps are fitted with light bulbs so your agent can turn them on for atmosphere
- We use real plants where-ever is practically possible (I dislike most fake flowers)
- We use real mattresses but we make our own sturdy bed bases (they are easier to move)
- We will endeavour to do a mid campaign spot check to make sure all is in order and replace fresh flowers or water plants
- Final clean up includes a vacuum - one less job for you
- If you don't like something, let us know, we aren't precious and will change it for you (although this hasn't happened yet, touch wood) but remember that we are staging for sale not for living - there is a difference
