How does it work?

1. Make contact with us or your real estate agent to organize our initial inspection
2. We will send you a detailed quote for hire
3. Set up: access is easiest through your real estate agent and set up will take around 6 hours
4. We will spot check up every 2 weeks on the property - to straighten any edges out, replace fresh flowers and check everything is in order
5. After the duration of your contract or on sale we remove the furniture and do a final vacuum to make sure everything is ship-shape

Also note: Extra jobs can be completed including: clean gutters, sweep/wash driveways and paths, clean windows, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, handyman maintenance - talk to us if you have specific requirements so we can include costs in your initial quote.
